Paul Balmforth missing

  • I first discovered this when Birmingham Library had a display of missing persons, but I wasn’t sure if he was still missing. Sadly it appears so, as a new appeal to find Paul Balmforth (nicknamed ‘Fergie’ at school) was reported in the Southern Daily Echo earlier this month.
