I keep adding and changing things on this blog, and the theme really can’t cope with it any more. I need a new one. However, I’m not going to introduce a cleaner one in the interim so you’ll all just have to put up with strange footers and sidebars for a bit longer.

My skepticism has been assuaged considerably since this was originally posted, but it would be wrong of me to alter the post so I haven’t; and besides, the arguments are still worth having.
