Any mentoring should include relevant people skills as well as the tech savvy. We've found that partnering IAG (Information, advice & guidance) with the tech know-how works - thus exploring the tools the 'Net has to offer to support the IAG role. Similarly, we have used other apps to test bed social media for some learners with mental health issues.
