I only saw the bus once, in Victoria Square on the evening that I wrote this post. There were not lots of people there, but apparently there had been a steady stream. Sadly though I have it on good authority that the <a href="http://citizensheep.com/blog/2009/01/26/whitby-commandeers-bus-in-contempt-for-public-consultation/" title="Whitby commandeers bus in contempt for public consultation" rel="nofollow">bus failed to appear in Highgate as advertised</a>, upsetting some local residents who had been encouraged to visit. Birmingham City Council really won't do itself any favours if it continues to alienate people from the <a href="/blog/2009/02/16/big-city-plan-consultation-or-control-freakery/" title="Big City Plan: consultation or control freakery?" rel="nofollow">Big City Plan</a> process.
