I am still working on the overall design of the new website, so bear with me. Gavin thank you very much for the flowchart. It’s something that probably every person in public life should have in front of them when a journalist rings.

I will also keep the “free our data” campgain in mind. I am not aware of any legislation coming up – but if there is, please do alert me to it.

It’ll be interesting to see how Gisela makes use of her new blog and some of the ideas we talked about. Looking forward to seeing it up and running!

It was great to meet an MP genuinely interested in how this social media stuff can be used (and nice to be part of this group).

I’d recommend Michael’s flowchart for managing online reputations; it breaks what seems like a complex area down into simple choices and actions.

It's worth noting that we also talked to Gisele about "Free our Data", the campaign to make the UK government's non-personal data such as maps and postcodes free for all sorts of commercial or non-commercial use.
